Coating Reels PC-22 Coating Reel The Oilequip PC-22 Casing Reel is designed to receive either the PC-21 or PC-22 casing hangers. Each of these hangers can support weight beyond the strength of the pipe joint. These hangers can be installed through the BOP. It has the same characteristics as the PC-22 casing head, except that this model has a flanged lower end with preparation for the OO/UU type secondary seal set or reduction bushing. These coating reels are supplied with two threaded or flanged side outlets, they can be supplied with special side outlets if required. PC-29 Coating Reel The Oilequip PC-22 Casing Reel is designed for heavier duty service and hanging longer lengths of casing. The PC-29 design features locking bolts located on the top flange, used to secure the PC-29 casing hanger or lock the casing protector during drilling. It has the same characteristics as the PC-29 casing head, except that this model has a flanged lower end with preparation for the OO/UU type secondary seal assembly or reduction bushing. These coating reels are supplied with two threaded or flanged side outlets, they can be supplied with special side outlets if required.

Secondary Seals Reduction Bushings Reducing Bushings allow the reduction of the lining size. They are installed on the lower flange of the production and lining head or spool, and have two O-rings with anti-extrusion rings to seal around the lining. The sealing rings can be tested through the pressure tap on the lower flange of the head or spool. Secondary Sealing type "OO" This sealing system consists of two 'O' type sealing rings with anti-extrusion rings. It is compatible with most applications and working fluids, and is suitable for working pressures up to 10,000 psi. Available in all existing API coating dimensions. Secondary Sealing type "UU" This sealing system consists of two 'U' type sealing rings, energized by the interference action of the coating and by special springs. It is compatible with most applications and working fluids, and is suitable for working pressures of up to 15,000 psi. Available in all existing API coating dimensions.

Cabeças de Produção para produção de petróleo e gás Production Heads TFF-FC-OO The TFF-FC-OO production head has a full bore and cylindrical housing for the installation of PC series production hangers, and there are locking screws on the upper flange. It is supplied with two threaded or casing side outlets, with connections for the installation of VR plugs. On the lower flange there is a socket for testing or injection of plastic mass to energize the secondary seal inside the production head. TFF-FC-60 The TFF-FC-60 production head is identical to the TFF-RC-60 model, differing only in the existence of two alignment screws used in multiple completions. TRF-FC The TRF-FC production head has a full bore and cylindrical housing for installation of PC series production hangers and there are locking screws on the upper flange. It is supplied with two threaded side outlets and an internal thread on the lower end for connection to the casing. TRF-FC-60 The TRF-FC-60 production head is identical to the TRF-FC model, differing only in the existence of two alignment screws used in multiple completions. TFF-16-OO The TFF-16-OO production head is similar to the TFF-FC-OO model, differing only in that it has a conical housing for installing P-16 series production hangers. TRF-16 The TRF-16 production head is similar to the TRF-FC model, differing only in that it has a conical housing for installing P-16 series production hangers. TFF-U-OO The TFF-U-OO production head is similar to the TFF-FC-60 model, differing only in that it has a conical housing for installing U series production hangers. TRRD The TRRD production head has a full bore and conical housing for installation of TRRD series production hangers. This model has an adjustment nut, installed at the upper end, which locks the production hanger. It has two threaded side outlets.
