Coating Hangers PC-21 Coat Hanger The Oilequip PC-21 Casing Hanger is an economical option for the wellhead casing system. It basically consists of wedges, wedge housing and a sealing ring. Do not use on casing heads with locking screws. The O-ring is installed after the BOP is removed. PC-22 Coating Hanger The Oilequip PC-22 Casing Hanger is a single wedge, two-piece cylindrical assembly that fits around the casing and can be installed on all PC-22 heads and spools. It has a compression sealing ring that is automatically actuated to seal the annulus by the weight of the casing. PC-29 Coating Hanger The Oilequip PC-29 Casing Hanger is a split cylindrical double wedge assembly that fits around the casing and can be installed on all PC-29 heads and reels. It features a compression seal ring that is automatically actuated to seal the annulus by the weight of the casing prior to removal from the BOP. The double jaw system allows for greater load capacity and less deflection. With this system, the PC-29 casing hanger will not collapse the casing even for high casing loads.

Secondary Seals Reduction Bushings Reducing Bushings allow the reduction of the lining size. They are installed on the lower flange of the production and lining head or spool, and have two O-rings with anti-extrusion rings to seal around the lining. The sealing rings can be tested through the pressure tap on the lower flange of the head or spool. Secondary Sealing type "OO" This sealing system consists of two 'O' type sealing rings with anti-extrusion rings.
