Secondary Seals Reduction Bushings Reducing Bushings allow the reduction of the lining size. They are installed on the lower flange of the production and lining head or spool, and have two O-rings with anti-extrusion rings to seal around the lining. The sealing rings can be tested through the pressure tap on the lower flange of the head or spool. Secondary Sealing type "OO" This sealing system consists of two 'O' type sealing rings with anti-extrusion rings. It is compatible with most applications and working fluids, and is suitable for working pressures up to 10,000 psi. Available in all existing API coating dimensions.
